10. Mobile Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number, you are enrolling in the Midwest Cabinetry And Design Alerts Program, which will send you appointment reminders and important notifications related to your services. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

10.1 Description of SMS Use Cases

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Midwest Cabinetry And Design for the following purposes:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Service status updates and important deadlines
• Document requests and submission confirmations
• Office closure notifications

Message frequency may vary based on your service activity but will not exceed 5 messages per month on average.

10.2 Opt-Out Instructions

Standard message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you receive will vary based on your service activity and communication preferences, but will not exceed 5 messages per month on average.
